Electrician - Solar PV Meter Replacement
Location: Bristol and surrounding areas – BS, GL, NP & BA postcodes
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Seeking a qualified and reliable Solar PV Meter Replacement Technician to join. The primary focus of this role will be the replacement of solar PV generation meters in line with a national compliance requirement. The role will also provide support to our Commercial and Residential Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team as needed, assisting with system inspections, diagnostics, and routine maintenance tasks.

Position: Electrician
Key Responsibilities:
* Replace and commission solar PV generation meters across various sites.
* Ensure all work complies with current industry regulations and safety standards.
* Accurately document meter replacements and system status reports.
* Support the Commercial/Residential O&M team with general electrical tasks and solar PV maintenance when required.
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Requirements:
* Gold JIB Card or NVQ level 3/AM2 or equivalent approved electrician status required
* BS7671 18th edition wiring regulations
* Experience working with solar PV systems and metering equipment (preferred but not essential)
