Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to help us maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors at Torbay Hospital.

Temporary placement up to 6 months
Duties
* Perform planned and reactive maintenance across the Trust estate, working closely with other trades.
* Ensure all electrical systems and equipment are compliant, safe, and operational.
* Respond to emergency call-outs and participate in the on-call rota.
* Embrace a varied, hands-on role — no two days are the same!
* Reat work life balance working a 4-day week (Mon–Fri) on a rolling schedule (7:15am–6:00pm shifts).
* Be flexible with shift times to meet clinical service needs.
Qualifications
* Level 3 BTEC/City & Guilds/apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering OR equivalent industry training.
* Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and multi-skilled trades.
* Strong awareness of electrical/mechanical safety, asbestos, and water safety.
* IT literacy and experience with control systems.
* Valid UK driving licence.
