The company work in domestic premises throughout Hampshire area installing boilers & renewable energy systems such as Heat Pumps, Solar, Insulation and Ventilation.
They have been operating since 2007 and have grown to become one of the largest installers of Heat Pumps and Solar in the South East of England. They began as more of a traditional plumbing and heating company, installing and maintaining boilers and heating systems in domestic properties. In the last 10 years, they have transitioned very successfully into renewable energy as well, becoming one of the largest installers of Heat Pumps and Solar PV in the South. They complete work for private domestic customers but a lot of their work is also completed under the government ECO schemes such as HUG, RHI, Warm Homes Scheme etc. Of all of the Heat Pumps that have been installed in England under these schemes, they have installed 25% of them, a big number for a medium sized company so punching well above their weight!

You will come in as an Electrician, working on the installation of Heat Pumps, Solar PV and Boilers, as well as maintenance and remedial jobs. You will often join at the end of projects to wire up, test and commission heat pump installations (mostly ASHP) in domestic properties. For Solar, you will be on 1-day installations working alongside a Roofer. The Roofer will install the panels, run the DC cabling through to the inverter and it will be your job to wire up, test and commission the system alongside the Battery Storage unit. They can give you full training on this side. They will put you on various manufacturer courses for Heat Pump Controls as well as ongoing training on Solar PV. They still do a lot of boiler installations, they can also train you up on boiler controls/ heating system wiring, S & Y Plans etc.
This is a mobile role so a full UK licence is required. They mostly cover works throughout Hampshire with a focus on Portsmouth, Havant, Fareham, Southampton areas etc but do also travel further north towards Alton etc. They also go into Surrey, Berkshire and Dorset on occasion.
