Job Description
To support the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems across the facility ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and delivering high-quality service.Client Details
Working for a large public sector organisation based in Loughborough you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance in both domestic and commercial settings Description
Maintain, repair, and replace electrical plant and equipment, including control systems for heating and ventilation.
Carry out minor electrical installations in existing buildings.
Use the FM asset management system to plan and record work.
Conduct risk assessments and follow method statements.
Liaise with contractors and respond to customer enquiries.
Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement.Profile
Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g., AM2, 18th Edition, Level 3, testing & inspection).
Experience in electrical maintenance and installation.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.Job Offer
