Job Description
Our Client a main contractor are currently looking for 1x electrician to assist on Commercial and residential Refurbishment projects inside the M25
The ideal candidate will have undertook similar work and be able to provide excellent work references from recent jobs.
You must be able to drive and have your own vehicle to be able to reach projects abit further away. you will be able to be put through as an expense and claim Back Mileage.
Duties Include.
* Metal containment.
* Rewires.
* Lighting.
* Sockets .
* Taking Lead on a project.
* Looking after labour.
* Comfortable talking to clients.
* Full refurbishment of commercial buildings.
* Full refurbishments of unoccupied residential properties.
* All other associated tasks.
Requirements
* Blue Card or Gold card.
* Testing not essential but beneficial.
* Must have your own Vehicle.
* All tools and PPE.
This is a temporary to permanent position which will result you being able to go direct with the company.
