A great new opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a Social Housing Contractor on a permanent basis, offering a salary of £41,299 per annum working in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have social housing experience. You must have a driving license with zero points as you will be supplied with a company van.
Pay Rate:
* Up to £42,000 per annum + Benefits
You will be required to:
* Carry out electrical repairs EICRs
* Testing and inspecting occupied and void properties
* Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
* Carry out works allocated by appointments
* Participate in 24 call out when required
Qualifications:
*City & Guilds Level 3 and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ
*BS 7617: 18th Edition
*2391 or 2395 (Desirable or able to demonstrate competency)
You will be supplied with:
Company Van & Fuel card
Full-time, permanent - 39 hours/week (Mon-Fri)
Competitive salary (£41,229) + £525/week out-of-hours callout
