Job Description
Are you an experienced Lead Electrician looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting position available to work with social housing properties in the RG postcode and surrounding area. The role offers an immediate start, and once you successfully complete your minimum 3-month contract, there is potential for the position to go perm, with a salary of up to £48k.
Key Details:
Position: Lead Electrician
Location: RG postcode and surrounding area
Pay: £27 per hour
Contract Type: Minimum 3 months (temp to perm role)
As a Lead Electrician, you will be working on void properties:
Doing EICRs
Maintenance
Rewires
Remedials
Working on kitchen and bathrooms
Supervising other electricians and their work.
As a Lead Electrician, you will need:
Qualifications: NVQ level 3, 18th edition, 2391, AM2 (JIB gold card)
Experience: Experience in social housing and management/supervision
Equipment: Own van and tools
