Job Description
Job Title: Electrician – 3-Month Contract (Nuclear Sector)
Location: North West England
Duration: 3 Months
Rate: Grade 5, £22.44ph + (PAYE or Umbrella)
Start Date: 1st September 2025
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician for a 3-month contract supporting maintenance and upgrade works on a high-profile energy infrastructure site.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical installation, testing and inspection in line with regulatory standards
Carry out fault-finding, maintenance, and remedial works
Work in compliance with health and safety protocols on a regulated site
Accurately complete test certificates and documentationRequirements:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
2391 Test & Inspection qualification (essential)
ECS/JIB Gold Card (preferred)
Previous experience working on large industrial, energy, or nuclear sites (advantageous)
Must be eligible to work in the UK and pass site-specific onboarding requirementsThis is an excellent opportunity for an electrician looking to work on a prestigious project within the nuclear energy sector. Overtime may be available depending on site requirements.
