Domestic Electrician
Tower Hamlets
Up to £43,884
A leading provider of affordable homes in London and the South-East is looking to recruit a Domestic Electrician. The organization manages over 50,000 homes and is committed to creating safe, decent living environments that empower residents and strengthen communities.
Role Overview
As an Electrician, you'll be part of the Property Services team, delivering responsive and professional electrical services to residents. You'll ensure all work sites are safe and well-maintained, and contribute to the overall safety and quality of housing stock.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out rewires, remedial works, smoke detector installations, inspections, and day-to-day repairs.
Liaise with residents and internal teams to resolve property-related issues.
Promote safety and care across all working environments.
Maintain tools, vehicles, and properties in line with current policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience
Experience working on residential properties (social housing experience is a plus).
18th Edition qualification.
Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
Electrical Inspection & Testing (2391) qualification.
Ability to work in accordance with NICEIC standards.
