Job Description
About the Role We’re looking for a qualified Electrician to join our Commercial Services team. You’ll carry out safe electrical works, including repairs, installations, servicing, and inspection & testing across our housing stock. Your work will help us maintain properties to a high standard, while delivering excellent customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out electrical repairs, installations, servicing, and testing to a high standard.
Fault finding and rewiring domestic electrical systems in line with BS7671 regulations.
Working towards first-time fix solutions, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
Liaising with customers and colleagues to provide updates on work progress.
Supporting planned works such as bathroom, kitchen, and full property rewires.
Participating in the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota.
Maintaining company vehicles and equipment to a safe and high standard.
Supporting apprentices and trainees with on-the-job learning.What We’re Looking For
Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 / 2330 Levels 2 & 3 or equivalent.
City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent (desirable).
Strong knowledge of BS7671 and practical electrical experience.
Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
Good IT skills and excellent customer care abilities.
Ability to work safely, independently, and as part of a team.What You’ll Get
