Location: Talbot Green
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Occasional Nights & Weekends Available)
Pay: £43k - £48k + £25 Night Shift Bonus
We’re Hiring!
We are currently seeking a qualified and reliable Electrician to join our growing team in Talbot Green. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, high-security industrial projects, including hangars and electrical door systems.
The role may involve international travel, so a valid passport and willingness to travel abroad is essential.
This is a full-time position with standard working hours and occasional nights and weekends available at enhanced pay rates, including a £25 bonus for each night worked.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and connect electrical systems for large industrial facilities, including hangars and electric door solutions.
Diagnose and repair electrical issues as needed.
Ensure work is completed to a high standard and complies with all safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with other team members on-site.
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment.
Requirements:
Blue CSCS card – Essential
SSSTS / Black card – Desirable (Earn a £25 bonus for each night shift worked with this qualification)
Must be able to pass a DBS check and vetting process due to military site access.
Proven experience in industrial/commercial electrical installations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude.
Additional Info:
Willingness and ability to travel internationally is essential.
Ability to work remotly.
Occasional night and weekend work available at enhanced rates + £25 bonus per night.
All necessary PPE and safety training provided.
