We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our clients team, working within the Social Housing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical testing, inspecting, and remedial works across tenanted and void properties in the Swindon and Oxford areas.
Key Responsibilities of the Electrician:

Carry out electrical inspection & testing (EICRs) in line with current regulations
*
Perform remedial works and minor repairs following test findings
*
Ensure compliance with current IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
Requirements of the Electrician:
*
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
*
City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395 equivalent) – Testing & Inspection
*
18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Experience working in social housing environments
