Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join a professional construction and building maintenance team in Fareham. This permanent role is ideal for candidates seeking career growth, hands-on experience, and a supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical tests, inspections, and fault finding.
*
Complete full domestic rewiring and installations in kitchens, bathrooms, and heating systems.
*
Respond efficiently to emergency situations.
*
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
*
Maintain accurate records and keep tools and equipment in excellent condition.
Skills & Competencies:
*
Strong communication skills for liaising with tenants and colleagues.
*
Professional, flexible, and practical approach to health and safety.
*
CSCS card is advantageous.
Qualifications:
*
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
*
City & Guilds 2382 17th Edition & 2391 Testing and Inspection (or equivalent).
*
18th Edition Electrical Regulations.
*
Full current driving licence.
*
DBS check required prior to starting.
Experience:
*
2–5 years in social housing or building maintenance environments.
