Location: Ashington
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £38,225 per annum (OTE £43,000 p/a)

As a Multi-Skilled Electrician with our team, you will be responsible for conducting electrical maintenance and repairs relating to damp issues, as well as associated multi-skilled repairs in both domestic and commercial properties. You will work within service targets and performance measures, delivering a consistently high standard of customer care and representing professionally across our communities.

We are looking for someone with:

Experience in both domestic and commercial maintenance

Sound technical knowledge of your trade and broader construction disciplines
A commitment to delivering first-class repairs and contributing to community wellbeingQualifications & Requirements
NVQ / City & Guilds qualified as an Electrician
18th Edition Wiring Regulations Testing & Inspection certification
Full UK Driving Licence
Proven experience in a customer-focused environment
