Job Title: Multi-Skilled Electrician Are you a skilled Electrician looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality electrical repairs and multi-skilled maintenance work? We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Electrician to join our Property Maintenance and Construction team based in Ashington. Job Details Location: Ashington Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Salary: £38,225 per annum (OTE £43,000 p/a) Benefits: Annual Leave: 28 days + bank holidays (36 days total, pro-rata for part-time employees) Health Cash Plan: Claim over £1,000 annually for dental, optical, physio, and more Dependent Cover: Health plan covers dependent children (up to age 21/24 if in full-time education) Retail Discounts: Save on gym memberships, travel, cinema, and major retailers Pension Scheme: Generous employer-contributed pensionAbout the Role As a Multi-Skilled Electrician with our team, you will be responsible for conducting electrical maintenance and repairs relating to damp issues, as well as associated multi-skilled repairs in both domestic and commercial properties. You will work within service targets and performance measures, delivering a consistently high standard of customer care and representing professionally across our communities.
