Electrician X2
We’re looking for a skilled Electrician to join our Commercial Services team. You’ll carry out a variety of electrical works — from repairs and installations to inspection, testing, and rewiring — across our housing stock. Your focus will be delivering a high-quality, safe, and customer-focused service every time.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake safe electrical works, including repairs, rewires, servicing, and inspection/testing.
Ensure all work complies with BS7671 regulations, health & safety requirements, and company policies.
Fault find, diagnose, and resolve electrical issues effectively, aiming for a first-time fix.
Work from drawings and specifications, ordering and installing the correct materials.
Deliver full electrical works for planned projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, and property rewires.
Provide support and guidance to apprentices and trainees.
Take part in the out-of-hours emergency rota as required.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to a high standard.What We’re Looking For
Qualified Electrician with City & Guilds 2391, 2360 (Parts 1 & 2), 2351, 2330 (Levels 2 & 3), or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
Practical experience with electrical installations, inspection, testing, and commissioning.
Up-to-date knowledge of current BS7671 wiring regulations.
City & Guilds 2394/2395 in inspection & testing (desirable).
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across various locations.
Strong IT and customer service skills.
Willingness to undergo a basic DBS check.Why Join Us?
