Maintenance & EICR Electrician – £42–48k + Van + Fuel + Bonus
Location: Borehamwood (WD6) – Work across London & Hertfordshire
Salary: £42,000–£48,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + EICR Bonus Scheme
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (PAYE preferred – CIS considered)
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician with EICR experience to join PropertyRun (Contracts) Ltd for remedial works, electrical testing, and ongoing maintenance across London & Hertfordshire.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term job security, excellent earning potential, and training opportunities for further career growth.
What We Offer

£42,000–£48,000 basic salary depending on experience

EICR bonus scheme – earn £50k+ OTE with completed reports

18th Edition Electrician
*
Basic EICR knowledge (full training available)
