About the Role:
One of my local government clients is currently seeking a Time-Served, Fully Qualified Electrician to join our property maintenance team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality electrical repairs and installations across both tenanted and void properties within the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical testing, diagnostics, repairs, and installations.
*
Fault find and resolve issues in domestic properties, including central heating systems.
*
Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards and health & safety regulations.
*
Work efficiently to deliver a high standard of service to tenants and the wider housing team.
Essential Requirements:
*
Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
*
18th Edition wiring regulations.
*
Strong experience in domestic electrical work, particularly in social housing.
*
Ability to fault-find, test, and repair a variety of systems, including central heating controls.
*
Full UK driving licence (preferred).
