Job Description
TXM Recruit are currently looking for experienced Electricians to join a growing team, carrying out electrical testing, inspections, and repairs across housing association and local authority properties.
* Location – London (work within 30 minutes of home address – travel beyond paid)
* Salary – £33,280 – £38,870 per annum (OTE £45,000 - £48,000)
* Hours – 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday (8am–5pm) with optional overtime evenings & weekends
* Weekends & OT – Paid at x1.5 rate
As an Electrician your duties will include (but not be limited to):
* · Carrying out fixed wire installation tests (EICR) at client premises
* · Diagnosing and rectifying faults identified during EICRs
* · Accurately completing certification using company tablet/software
* · Following health & safety regulations and reporting near misses/incidents
* · Always representing the company in a professional manner
The ideal candidate will have:
* · City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)
* · NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 Part 1 & 2
* · City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations
* · Previous experience in domestic electrical work
* · Good IT literacy
* · Full UK driving licence
