Job Description
We are seeking and experienced electrician to work within Edinburgh to carry out all aspect of general repair work. This is a mobile role as you will be working at more than one location within in Edinburgh (transport provided)
Proven experience in:
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) – ensuring all electrical systems are serviced, tested, and compliant.
* Reactive repairs and fault finding across a wide range of electrical installations.
* General electrical repairs including lighting, power distribution, wiring, and containment systems.

Strong understanding of current IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*
Health & Safety awareness and commitment to safe working practices.
Skills/Certifications:
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671:2018 + A2:2022).
*
Test & Inspection qualification (C&G 2391 or equivalent).
*
IPAF/PASMA/First Aid at Work certification.
*
Experience in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
*
Valid CSCS card
Responsibilities:
*
Carry out routine maintenance and PPM schedules to minimise downtime and ensure compliance.
*
Respond promptly to reactive repairs and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
*
Conduct electrical testing, inspection, and certification where required.
*
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.
*
Maintain accurate records of work completed.
*
Liaise with site managers, supervisors, and clients to ensure high-quality service deliveryBefore You Apply
