About the Company
We are working with a leading M&E contractor who deliver high-quality electrical and renewable energy solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. With expertise in Solar PV, air source heat pumps, and heating systems, they provide design, installation, and maintenance services across the North West and surrounding regions.
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent position working on a variety of electrical installation projects, with a focus on boiler connections (including heat-only systems, Y-plan, S-plan, and HIVE), Solar PV, and renewable energy technologies. The role also involves testing, inspection, and certification of works in line with industry and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
*
Carry out electrical boiler installations, including heat-only, Y-plan, S-plan, and HIVE systems.
*
Install Solar PV systems and connect air source heat pumps.
*
Install storage heaters and associated electrical works.
*
Conduct electrical testing and inspection to NICEIC standards, submitting results via online portals.
*
Deliver works safely, efficiently, and in compliance with UK wiring regulations.
Skills & Experience
*
Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (essential).
*
Competent in Electrical Inspection & Testing (essential).
*
18th Edition qualified (essential).
*
ECS Gold Card holder (essential).
*
Minimum 5 years’ electrical experience.
*
Full UK driving licence required.
