Electrician
Permanent, Full Time
We are looking to recruit an Electrician to join our team, working across commercial and residential properties in a mobile role.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out routine and reactive maintenance across a variety of electrical equipment
Diagnosing and identifying electrical faults
Performing electrical equipment repairs, installations, modifications, and replacements
PAT Testing and inspecting electrical systems
Completing all necessary paperwork and certification for works undertaken
Using handheld technology / mobile app to complete work sheets
Assisting other trades and undertaking additional training to expand skills
Procuring materials and equipment required to complete works

About You:The ideal candidate will have:
City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the building industry
Previous experience in maintenance and building environments (commercial or residential)
A strong understanding of Health & Safety (HSE) standards
Full UK Driver’s License (not essential)
Previous experience using handheld technology / smartphones
A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible to meet client needs (including overtime / OOH works)
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
