Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year + van& fuel card
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you an experienced and fully qualified Electrician based in or near Salford? Do you hold an ECS Gold Card, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, and 2391 Testing & Inspection? You could earn £40,000-£45,000 per year, working 40 hours per week with our client!
About the Role
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to add to their team. They are seeking a competent Electrician with 5+ years' post-qualification experience who enjoys working in a variety of environments, undertaking small installation projects and reactive maintenance tasks across Commercial, Industrial & Rail environments.
Your day-to-day work may include:
Small installation projects and planned/reactive maintenance
Fault finding and testing
Working with metal containment systems (galv trunking, tray, conduit)
Installing SWA & singles cables, Schneider Merlin Three Phase Distribution Boards
High-level lighting installation (including use of MEWPs)
Completing testing and certification of your own work
Maintaining safe working practicesWhat We're Looking For

An inquisitive mind with strong fault-finding ability
A good sense of humour to fit into the team, but also able to work independently
Flexibility and willingness to deliver varied projects dailyEssential Qualifications:
ECS Gold Card
City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 with full Apprenticeship (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 Inspection & Testing
IPAF / PASMA
Full UK Driving LicencePay & Benefits
£40,000 - £45,000 per year (basic, with overtime expected earnings £45k+)
40-hour working week (Overtime: time and a half after 40 hours, double time on Sundays/Bank Holidays)
22 days holiday + Bank Holidays (+ your birthday off = 23 days total)
Company van provided for travel to and from work
