Are you an experienced electrician with a strong background working in domestic properties?
Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the UK's largest growing industry leading property services contractors, who are currently on the look out for an Electrician, with a background working on domestic properties, to join them on a permanent basis. As an electrician, you will be responsible for conducting a range of electrical maintenance, installation or repairs across social housing properties.

What are we looking for?
* Proven experience as an Electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
Qualifications:
* Gold Card (ECS card) or equivalent
* Electrical installation level 3
* 2391 qualified
* Recognised apprenticeship
* 18th edition electrical with amendments
* Full Driving licence is essential
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake a range of electrical planned maintenance installation or repairs.
* Ability to identify Health and Safety actions prior to and during works, considering yourself, the team and those around you.
* Ability to adapt to changing client’s needs
* Ability to use appropriate access equipment
