Job Description
Electrician – Solar PV & Battery Storage Location: Norwich / Norfolk area
Rate: £25.50 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing (initial booking through to early November)
We’re looking for an experienced Qualified Electrician to join a leading renewable energy company based in Norwich. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of Solar PV and Battery Storage installations for both domestic and commercial projects.
The Role:
Installing, testing, and commissioning Solar PV systems and Battery Storage units
Carrying out NICEIC testing and certification
Completing necessary documentation and ensuring installations meet current electrical regulations
Working as part of a professional team to deliver high-quality renewable energy solutions
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS(Apply online only) Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
Experience working on Solar PV and Battery Storage systems
NICEIC testing and sign-off capability
Valid ECS Gold Card
Full UK driving licence
