Job Description
TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Burton upon Trent and surrounding areas. They are looking for an experienced Electrician to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working across mostly commercial and industrial sectors, undertaking a range of installation and maintenance tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Install and upgrade electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
* Read and interpret, schematics, and technical drawings.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with other team members working as part of the team or individually.
Hours: Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours per week. More likely to work 40-45 hours with travel.
Starting salary: JIB rate. £19.32 per hour. $0’180 per annum basic salary. OTE £45’000 - £50’000 with travel/overtime etc.
Some project will require working away at times for a couple of days, which you are paid at a higher rate for.
Company vehicle & fuel card provided.
REQUIREMENTS
* JIB Gold card.
* 18th Edition wiring regs.
* C&G 2360 Pt 1 & Pt 2. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* C&G (2394 & 2395) or 2391 Testing and inspection
