Job Description
Job Title: Electrician (Permanent)
Location: London - Stockwell
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
We are a well-established residential construction company based in London, delivering high-quality builds and refurbishments across the capital. With a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Electrician to join our team on a permanent basis.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of electrical installation, maintenance, and testing on residential sites. You will also take a hands-on supervisory role, overseeing a small team of 3–4 electricians and apprentices to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out 1st and 2nd fix electrical work on residential projects.
*
Supervise and support a small team on-site, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
*
Conduct electrical testing, fault finding, and maintenance as required.
*
Coordinate with site managers and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used.
*
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and electrical standards.
Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
*
JIB Gold Card
*
Proven experience in residential electrical work.
*
Ability to lead and supervise a small team effectively.
*
Strong communication and organisational skills.
*
Full UK driving licence.
