Description
Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work in residential and commercial properties.
Ensure compliance with current safety standards and regulations.
Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems, producing detailed reports where necessary.
Respond to service requests, diagnosing faults and providing timely solutions.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used.
Identify and recommend improvements to electrical systems and processes.
Provide a high standard of customer service to tenants and stakeholders.Profile
A successful Electrician should have:
A recognised qualification in electrical installation or equivalent.
Experience in both domestic and commercial electrical systems.
A sound understanding of current electrical regulations and safety standards.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence.Job Offer
