Job Title Electricians Mates 

 Summary 
We’re seeking experienced Electricians Mates  to join a busy Data Centre project in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with electrical site experience who want consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and weekend shifts.
 
Salary 
PAYE Rates 
Monday to Friday (First 37.5 Hours)

Basic Rate: £17.58 per hour
Holiday Pay: £2.47 per hour
Total Payable: £20.05 per hourMidweek Overtime, First 6 Hours on Saturday 

Basic Rate: £22.85 per hour
Holiday Pay: £3.21 per hour
Total Payable: £26.06 per hourSaturday After 6 Hours & Sundays

Basic Rate: £26.37 per hour
Holiday Pay: £3.70 per hour
Total Payable: £30.07 per hourUmbrella Rates 
Monday to Friday (First 37.5 Hours)

£23.76 per hourMidweek Overtime, First 6 Hours on Saturday & Bank Holidays

£30.88 per hourSaturday After 6 Hours & Sundays

£35.64 per hour
Location and Working Pattern
Location: Slough, SL1 
Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 6:00pm (30 minutes deducted per day for breaks)
Weekend work (every other weekend): 7:30am – 4:00pm
Free parking available (limited on-site, wider estate parking options)
Burnham Railway Station – 9-minute walk from siteClient Overview Our client is delivering an advanced Data Centre project and requires skilled personnel to support containment and electrical installation works to agreed timelines.
 
Responsibilities
Assist electricians with daily duties on-site
Install containment systems
Carry out conduit installations
Support general electrical installation tasks
Help maintain a safe and efficient work environmentMust-have Requirements
Valid ECS Electrical Labourer Card
IPAF Licence
Previous experience on electrical installation sitesNice-to-have Skills
Knowledge of Data Centre environments
Ability to interpret technical drawings
Additional electrical certificationsBenefits
