About the Role:
Were looking for a reliable Electricians Mate to join our team on a large commercial student accommodation project in Birmingham. Youll be supporting qualified electricians with 1st fix installations, keeping the site running smoothly and helping ensure deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with 1st fix tasks: running cables, basic containment work, and preparing materials.
*
Keep tools, materials, and work areas tidy and organised.
*
Support electricians with installing trunking, conduit, and tray work.
*
Follow instructions and site drawings under supervision.
*
Comply with all site health & safety requirements.
*
Help the team meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
*
ECS/CSCS (Electrical) Essential.
*
Previous experience as an Electricians Mate, ideally on commercial or large residential builds.
*
Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and site safety.
*
Team player with a good work ethic and willingness to learn.
