Job Description

The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for building electro-mechanical assemblies according to technical drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Customer Manufacturing Manuals (CMMs). This role involves inspecting, testing, upgrading and repairing electro-mechanical assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements. The individual will also maintain the equipment used in electronic assembly processes. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Assemble small electro-mechanical components according to drawings, SOPs and CMMs. Utilize basic hand tools and measuring equipment, including torque drivers, micrometers, and verniers. Perform assembly tasks such as drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking, filing, lapping, buffing, and lubrication. Connect cables and wires according to technical specifications. Conduct tests and inspections to troubleshoot and resolve any product issues. Professional Knowledge & Experience: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CMMs, and SOPs. Experience assembling fans, motors, heaters Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English. Desirable experience in electro-mechanical assembly. Familiarity with mechanical and electrical components. Strong attention to detail. Knowledge of small assembly tools and equipment. Fine soldering skills for small components.Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for BPSS Clearance. Must be able to provide 3 years of employment history.
