We are looking for a hands-on builder — someone who loves turning precision components into real hardware that ends up in defence and national security systems worldwide.
What you’ll do
Assemble and build electro-mechanical systems products to a high standard
Work with PCBs, wiring looms, connectors, enclosures, and mechanical fixtures
Follow assembly drawings, schematics, and build procedures
Run basic functional tests + help diagnose assembly issues
Keep the lab tidy, organised, and production-ready

Confident with tools, crimping, soldering, cabling, mechanical fit/finish
Able to read drawings + follow structured build instructions
