Electro-Mechanical Assembly Operatives
East Kent | Multiple Permanent Roles | Immediate Starts
8am – 4.45pm
£25,900 - £30,800 dependent on experience

A well-established and growing engineering manufacturer in East Kent is looking to recruit multiple Electro-Mechanical Assembly Operatives to support continued growth within its production team.
This opportunity will suit candidates with experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly who are confident working to technical instructions and take pride in producing high-quality, accurate builds.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly of mechanical and electro-mechanical components
Working from engineering drawings and written work instructions
Use of hand and bench tools, including torque-controlled equipment
Building sub-assemblies and final assemblies to required standards
Maintaining a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and instructions
Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
