Exciting Opportunity: Electro-Mechanical Engineer
Location: Southend | Contract Type: Permanent | Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am till 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Test, repair, and overhaul various electrical aviation components following manufacturer manuals.
Uphold quality standards and ensure a safe, compliant working environment.
Prepare detailed workshop reports to support purchasing and commercial departments.
Innovate new capabilities and streamline processes for cost and time efficiency.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed.
Understand and exceed customer needs with excellent service.
Perform other duties as directed by the organisation.
Qualifications & Prerequisites:
Solid understanding of EASA Pt 145 regulatory requirements.
Previous experience in an electrical aviation environment is essential.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with business systems.
Strong planning and organisation skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
