What you'll do:
Coach, support & assess learners through their apprenticeship journey
Deliver engaging, industry-relevant teaching & training
Track progress, provide feedback & prepare learners for End Point Assessment
Build strong working relationships across quality, compliance & support teams
What we're looking for:
Electronics background with a minimum Level 3 qualification
Experience in coaching, training or supporting learners (desirable)
Strong communication & organisational skills
