Job Description
Electronic Assembler – Brighton Area – Temp to Perm – £12.43-£13.00 per hour
We’re currently recruiting for a hands-on Electronics Assembler to join a respected company near Brighton. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent after a few weeks. While training will be provided, previous experience in soldering, assembly, or working in a production/manufacturing setting is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
• Building and assembling products based on customer specifications
• Putting together components to create finished units
• Labelling, testing, and packing items to meet strict quality standards
• Working independently at your own station while being part of a supportive team
• Adhering to standard operating procedures and productivity goals
• Flexibility to work across different areas of production when needed
What You’ll Need:
• Solid experience with soldering, especially fine/detailed work
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Background in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
• Confidence using hand tools and performing PCB rework/repairs
Hours & Pay:
• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm
• Pay rate: £12.43 per hour
