What You Will Do
Act as the primary contact for customers, providing on-site support and technical expertise
Diagnose and repair advanced electronic systems, down to component level
Install and commission new instrumentation at customer sites
Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics with accuracy
Carry out planned maintenance and performance checks
Provide advice and training to end users on system operation and upkeep
Travel across the UK, with occasional international trips for training or specialist support
What You Will Bring
A strong background in electronics fault-finding (ideally to component level)
Confidence reading circuit diagrams and technical documentation
Solid hands-on experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to travel
A genuine curiosity about how complex systems work and how to make them better
