Your responsibilities will include: Precision hand soldering (through-hole components) PCB assembly and component placement Preparing kits and materials for production Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics Monitoring your own work to ensure high quality and consistency Supporting inspection and general production tasks Using internal systems to track and process work What We’re Looking For Experience in electronics assembly, PCB work, or soldering Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity Comfortable working with small, delicate components Ability to read technical drawings and follow processes A quality-focused, reliable approach to work A practical soldering test will be part of the interview process.
