As an Electronics Design Engineer you will work in a multi-disciplinary team to specify and deliver a range of key objectives to support and develop our products. Your responsibilities would include:
Specification, simulation, design and productionisation of electronics hardware
Writing of firmware and software test applications
Meeting mission and time-critical deadlines for product delivery
Assisting specification and delivery of new product developmentIdeally you will have:
Project management methodologies, tools and techniques including requirements definition
Ability to work independently as well as in an environment of teamwork and collaboration
Ability to meet and coordinate multiple tasks and tight deadlines
Ability to function as a team member
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Honours Degree in Electronics or related scientific discipline (ideally physics)
Prior experience with scientific instrumentation
