As an Electronics Team Lead, you’ll combine technical depth with leadership, guiding a skilled group of engineers in the design and delivery of complex electronic systems. You’ll work across analogue, digital, and embedded hardware development, driving design quality, innovation, and efficient project execution across diverse applications.
Essential Requirements of an Electronics Team Lead
* Proven experience leading and mentoring a technical engineering team
* Strong background in hardware electronics design, from concept to production
* Proficiency with PCB CAD tools and design for manufacture and test
* Hands-on expertise across analogue, digital and embedded circuit design
* Solid understanding of EMC/EMI design and compliance testing
Desirable Requirements of an Electronics Team Lead
* Programming skills for embedded or hardware-related applications
* Experience with logic design.
* Background in specialist sectors such as aerospace, medical, ATEx, control systems or robotics
