Electronics Technician

Job Responsibilities
Hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components to IPC standards
Crimping, stripping and terminating cables and wires
Reading and working from wiring diagrams, schematics and technical drawings
Supporting box builds and electronic product assemblies
Carrying out inspection and fault-finding on wiring and assemblies
Collaborating with the team to meet build and delivery targets
Skills and Experience
Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or within an electronics manufacturing environment
Strong soldering skills to IPC standards (through-hole and surface mount)
Confident working with cables, wiring and terminations
Ability to accurately follow wiring diagrams and technical drawings
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive, team-focused attitude with a flexible approach
Reliable and hands-on, with pride in delivering excellent work
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in aerospace or medical wiring environments (ISO13485 / AS9100)
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
Pay and Benefits
Salary: up to £35,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7.30am – 5.30pm
