Build a deep understanding of customers' businesses, internal processes, technical requirements, and use cases to tailor customised solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and in-depth technical sessions for customers, prospects, and partners, managing the process from start to finish, including delivering Proof of Concept (PoC) summaries in both written and verbal formats.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality proposals and sales materials that address technical needs, product positioning, and key selling points.
Work closely with the sales and product development teams, leveraging customer feedback to define the best solutions, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to final delivery.
Coordinate with R&D, Delivery, and Customer service teams as needed to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
