Electronics Test Engineer – Hampshire – Up to £40,000 pa + Benefits – REF 012
£35,000 - £40,000 pa + Benefits
Monday - Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 Friday: 08:30 – 15:30
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Hampshire, known for their strong reputation in delivering high-quality products and continuous improvement across their operations.
As an Electronics Test Engineer (RF), you’ll support the Test Department in:
* Carrying out functional tests on PCBs (primarily RF design) using customer-supplied test equipment.
* Reviewing new customer test specifications and recommending improvements.
* Setting up, reviewing, and verifying customer-supplied test equipment and fixtures.
* Supporting the design and build of test fixtures where required.
* Creating detailed fault logs and helping identify failure modes to support continuous improvement.
* Assisting with calibration, equipment monitoring, and investigating customer returns.
* Providing technical support to both customers and internal production teams.
Skills & Experience Needed:
• A qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (HNC or above preferred).
• Hands-on experience testing and evaluating RF or broadcasting electronic assemblies/equipment.
• Confidence in technically supporting both customers and production teams.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
