Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers within the EMEA region.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Provide updates to customers regarding order statuses and delivery schedules
Monitor and analyse customer feedback to implement effective service improvements.
Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding orders and inquiries.
Provide support in developing and executing customer development strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.Profile
A successful EMEA Customer Coordinator Specialist should have:
Previous experience in a customer service or similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Knowledge of export of goods.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge and experience of e-commerce would be desirable, not essential.
