Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity to support and encourage Disengaged adult learners to learn and personally and professionally grow through appropriate Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) throughout their learning journey, and to track their destination post-programme. This role provides people with a criminal record the opportunity for a second chance, providing services to support them in custody and across the community. You will provide people with the skills, knowledge, and a sense of purpose for life after custody, significantly reducing the likelihood of reoffending. If you have experience or would like to be trained in providing Careers, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CIAG), this role is for you. Your requirements are: * Experience in delivering excellent customer service, IAG/Coaching * Have a history of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds. * Demonstrate the ability to work towards the awarding body standards * Good conflict resolution skills You will receive: * 25 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), with incremental increases post 3 years’ service up to 28 days, and the option to purchase additional holiday * 2 days of paid volunteering leave each year * An enhanced pension scheme after 6 months * Life Assurance at 3 times your annual salary rate * Access to a suite of learning and development opportunities including paid-for apprenticeship and master’s level qualifications, and management development programmes * Opportunities to connect with our employee networks (LGBTQ+ Support Network, Racial Equality Network, Disability Equality Network, Women’s Network, Men’s Network, Young Professionals Network, Menopause Peer Support Group, Neurodiversity Network) * Health and Well-being initiatives, including internal support, employee assistance programme, and health cash plan Due to the high volume of applications Recruited UK receives, we will make every effort to respond with feedback, although this is not always possible.
