The Role
As an Employability Tutor, you will:

Deliver engaging 1:1 and group sessions in employability and vocational subjects such as Customer Service, Business Administration, and Adult Social Care.
*
Support learners to achieve qualifications, embedding Maths, English, and employability skills.
*
Mentor and motivate learners, helping them overcome barriers to learning and progress.
*
Track progress, set SMART targets, and ensure timely achievement of qualifications.
*
Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment in line with Ofsted, safeguarding, and quality standards.

About You
The ideal candidate will be:
*
A qualified tutor with a Level 3+ teaching/training qualification (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent).
*
Experienced in delivering employability, functional skills, or vocational qualifications.
*
Passionate about education and supporting learners from all walks of life.
*
Skilled at adapting teaching methods to engage, inspire, and motivate.
*
Organised, IT-confident, and able to manage a busy caseload.
*
(Desirable) Holding an IAG qualification and sector experience.
