Employee Benefits Consultant
We are pleased to be partnered with a longstanding, well-established client to support their search for an Employee Benefits Consultant to join their SME division.
Role & Responsibilities:
Build and lead the relationship for a portfolio of SME clients
Identify opportunities for new business across the wider organisation
Work closely with the operations team to ensure that all renewals and reviews are completed within a timely mannerEssential Criteria:
Must have experience with managing group risk and/or healthcare schemes
Ability to build relationships both externally and internally
Take ownership of managing a portfolio and manage your workloadThis role can be hybrid to either their London or Redhill offices so if this sounds of interest, do reach out or apply today.
