Description
Manage and resolve employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
Conduct thorough, fair, and confidential investigations into complaints and policy violations.
Document and maintain accurate records of ER cases in accordance with company procedures and legal requirements.
Recommend appropriate actions or resolutions in alignment with organizational values and employment law.
Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on ER matters, HR policies, and employment legislation.
Coach managers on best practices for performance management, attendance, and employee conduct.
Support the review and development of HR policies and procedures to ensure they are current and compliant.
Stay informed of changes in employment law and communicate implications to HR and business leaders.
Promote a culture of fairness, respect, and accountability through policy education and training.Profile
A successful ER Advisor should have:
A strong understanding of HR practices and employment law within the property industry.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
Home hybrid working and often visit offices in Newcastle, Leeds, York and Scotland.Job Offer
