Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
Support managers with HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Assist in the resolution of workplace disputes through mediation and consultation.
Conduct investigations into employee concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to employee relations cases.
Collaborate with the wider human resources team to implement best practices.
Deliver training sessions to managers on employee relations topics.
Ensure adherence to employment law and company policies at all times.

The successful Employee Relations Advisor should have:
A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
