We are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Case Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with managers, trade union representatives, employees, HR colleagues, legal services, and external partners such as ACAS.
The role involves undertaking clear employee relation activities, including management or employee support, policy guidance, and case management.
Full time role 36 hours per week – every Tuesday in the office, could be changed.
Will be required to attend the office on other days, as and when necessary. Must be minimum two years experience in Employee Relations Casework and have the ability to hit the ground running.
CIPD qualified or working towards it Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex matters.
