National Employee Relations Consultant
Salary: £47,000 (pro rata’d) plus benefits
Hours: Part-time (minimum 20 hours across 4 or 5 days)
Location: Home-based, with occasional travel to client sites

Employee Relations Consultant Key Responsibilities
Provide expert ER advice and support to SME clients across multiple sectors
Supervise and support less experienced team members, ensuring high-quality output
Manage a diverse caseload, including sickness, discipline, grievances, redundancies, restructures, TUPE transfers, and more
Deliver consultancy projects and contribute to sales and marketing strategies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Build and nurture long-lasting professional relationships with clients
The Employee Relations Consultant Candidate - Skills and Experience Required
Extensive experience in HR management, ideally across various sectors
CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent
Proven track record in managing and developing team members
Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanour
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small, supportive team
Full driving licence and own vehicle for occasional travel
